All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with your tracking number.

Australia Post for all domestic deliveries Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
NEW ZEALAND
Australia Post for all deliveries to New Zealand. Shipping 5 - 10 business days.
INTERNATIONAL
Australia Post for all other International Countries. Shipping 10 business days.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@jdotm.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
JDOTM follows a 7 day returns policy.
If you are unhappy with your purchase you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery to request a return. Returns or exchanged items must be in their original condition and completely unused. All cards must be attached and packaging in its original condition.
For any faulty or damaged items please contact info@jdotm.com.au with your order number and necessary imagery and we will assist you.
You can use any shipping service to return your item, however we recommend a tracked service as the goods are the responsibility of the consumer until the return has reached the JDOTM.
